Secure Mailing Instructions for iPhone Repairs

Follow these steps to ensure your iPhone arrives safely at our repair center:

Step 1: Back Up Your iPhone
Before shipping your device, back up all important data using iCloud or iTunes. This step protects your information in case of unexpected issues during shipping or repair.

Step 2: Power Off Your Device
Turn off your iPhone to conserve battery life and prevent accidental activation during transit.

Step 3: Remove Accessories
Take off any phone cases, screen protectors, or PopSockets.

Step 4: Pack Your iPhone Securely
1️⃣ Use a sturdy box: Choose a strong cardboard box slightly larger than your iPhone. Avoid envelopes or padded mailers as they can be easily crushed.

2️⃣ Wrap your iPhone: Use bubble wrap or foam to wrap your device securely. Wrap it at least 2-3 times to protect against impacts.

3️⃣ Add cushioning: Place the wrapped iPhone in the box and fill any empty space with packing materials, such as bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or crumpled paper. This prevents your phone from moving during shipping.

4️⃣ Seal the box: Close the box securely with strong packing tape.

Step 5: Include a Note
Insert a note with the following details:

Your full name and return address
Contact phone number and email
iPhone model and issue description
Preferred screen replacement type (OEM or non-OEM)
Any additional instructions
